I will not try to convince you that I have perfect focus in every area of my life.

What I will say is that only the areas of intense focus have had the success that we all say we would like with most endeavors.

If you wish to be skilled in self defense you will need to focus.

Focus, as you can see above is an acronym that will lead you to success.

Follow One Course Until Successful should be your mantra.

Set Goals

Develop a method to hold you accountable so that the only thing that will stop you from succeeding is death.
